Cut & Puncture Protective Jackets
We design and manufacture jackets for those who work in the glass industry. Cuts and punctures are real hazards when manufacturing glass, and we can help protect your team members from those hazards.
All of the high-performance, inherent flame-resistant (IFR) fabrics we use to provide cut and puncture protection are woven. These tightly woven fabrics are designed and engineered specifically to shed glass and provide puncture protection should shards occur and embed themselves in the fabric. They range in cut level A2 to A6, and puncture level 2 to 4.
Welding Jackets
Many manufacturers need safety apparel for welders ranging anywhere from light duty to violent welding. To meet this need, we manufacture jackets that are inherent flame-resistant, which means the protective properties are inherent to the fiber and won’t burn, melt, or drip nor can they be laundered out over the life of the garment. Our high-performance fabrics, such as Barrweld™ will not only keep your team safe from the hazards of welding but keep them comfortable at the same time. Jackets made using our Barrweld™ family of fabrics are available in different weights, from 7 oz Barrweld Lite to 10 oz Barrweld Extreme.
Molten Metal Splash Protection Jackets
We manufacture primary and secondary jackets designed specifically to protect against molten metal splash that will shed molten and reflect radiant heat. For primary protection, we offer both 19 oz and 14 oz aluminized para-aramid/OPF fabrics. For secondary protection, we offer 10 oz Oasis in navy or orange, which is inherent flame-resistant and will not burn, melt or drip.
